Our care workers are directly employed by Supported Home, so we can build a team that comes to know the person and their routine.
Everyday home care
Personal care, help around the home, transport, meals, companionship and respite can be combined around what the person needs.
Support can change with the person
If needs change, the care plan can be reviewed and adjusted, with links to nursing and more specialised support where appropriate.
