The site gives general information about Supported Home and our services. It is not clinical, medical, or health advice, and it is not financial advice or advice about your funding or contributions.

Information about care should not be relied on for any decision about a person’s health or care. Decisions about your care are made through assessment and consultation with our clinical team and your treating health professionals — not from the website.

Information about Support at Home funding, costs and contributions is general and may change. Your budget and contribution are set by the government (My Aged Care and Services Australia), not by us. Always confirm your situation with us or with My Aged Care before relying on it.
